Terms of shipping
Ordering products
After ordering a product, our system will automatically register your order. Remember that the order you make is binding; after placing an order, you will be committed to receiving it.
Ways of payment
Orders can be paid for as a webpayment through either Osuuspankki, Nordea or Sampopankki. We also accept credit cards and VisaElectron (Verified by Visa). Bank-transfers are also fine. If you wish to pay with a bank-transfer, contact us via e-mail at mail@underworld.fi. Cash on delivery payments are added an additional 5 euro fee (only in Finland).
Time of delivery
Our time of delivery is normally 3-14 business days. If we don't have the product in stock, the delivery might take longer. The balance of our webstore works in realtime, but everything is possible. If the product is unavailable, we will inform you about it right away and offer a replacement or return your payment.
Delivery
We ship products either through mail or Matkahuolto. The shipping fee is 4 euros for packages of every size. Cash on delivery shipments have an added 5 euro fee. If the cost of your order exceeds 70 euros and you pay via an online bank or a credit card, we will drop the shipping fee to 0 euros.
The package is stored in your local post office for two full calendar weeks. If the cash on delivery -package is not picked up, we will no longer ship with cash on delivery -payments to the customer in question. For packages that are not retrieved, we hold a right to charge a fee of 12 euros for resulting expenses. Enclosed with the delivery, you will receive a receipt. Hold on to the receipt for possible changing or returning of products.
These prices only cover deliveries within Finland. All foreign deliveries are handled individually.
All prices include the 22% sales tax.
For orders placed by minors, under 18 years old, we need the guardians consent.
Return policy
All products, excluding swimsuits and underwear, have a 14 day return and replacement right. When returning a product, it needs to be unused and the package needs to be unopened. Check the product carefully before using it. Used products will not be refunded. If you decide to return a product, send us your contact information, account information and the reason for returning the product, enclosed with the product you are returning. This way we can close the case faster. Keep the receipt in case of any incoherences.

Mailing things is what it is, so check the product immidiately when you receive it. If it has been damaged, make an immidiate damagereport to your local mail or which ever company shipped the product. After that, contact us, so we can send you a replacing product.

The usage of the registry:
The registry is used solely for the maintenance of customer relations between Underworld and its clients. The registry information is used only for Underworld's direct marketing, if the customer has not denied it.
Registry's information content:
Basic customer information: client number, last name, first name, address, ZIP code, city, home and work phonenumber, cellphone number, e-mail address.
The registry also holds the customers permission for Underworld to send marketing communications to their e-mail or cellphone.
Information concerning the customers purchases:
Underworld is committed to full confidentiality. Information concerning a single customer are announced only when there is a lawful basis for compulsory registration, suchs as a request from the customer him/herself or from a lawful authority.
